O governo federal anunciou que realizará um novo pente-fino no programa Bolsa Família, semelhante ao que ocorreu no início de 2023.
A nova operação, que será conduzida pelo Ministério do Desenvolvimento Social, terá início em janeiro de 2025 e terá como principal alvo as famílias unipessoais.
A revisão abrangerá beneficiários com idades entre 18 e 49 anos que vivem sozinhos. Estima-se que até 500 mil pessoas possam estar recebendo o benefício de maneira irregular.
Caso sejam confirmadas irregularidades, os pagamentos serão suspensos e, posteriormente, cancelados.
O objetivo do pente-fino é garantir que o benefício chegue a quem realmente precisa, além de otimizar os recursos públicos.
